In the event that you cannot attend your scheduled lesson, you must notify me at least 24 hours before your lesson start time to avoid being charged. For extenuating circumstances and emergencies, please contact me. Failure to properly notify me of your absence will result in a charge for the missed lesson. This policy applies to all sessions and lessons this summer. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Please notify me as soon as possible if your child is unwell and unable to attend their lesson. However, if your child begins a lesson and then needs to stop for any reason, that lesson will count as completed and cannot be rescheduled (except in cases where exceptions are granted).
